Fascias are horizontal boards that are joined to your guttering. They come down from the roof edge and are important to hold the guttering as well as safeguarding the edge of the rafters of the roof. Fascia boards can be attached directly to the exterior wall when the roof has flush eaves the edge is in close contact to the external walls of the property.
